We do not accept physical returns. All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at light3132@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with our supplier to offer a replacement or refund on a case-by-case basis.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us at light3132@yahoo.com and we will investigate with the carrier and supplier to resolve the issue.
We do not cover returns due to change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.
